ORDERING.
We have tried to make this site as easy as possible for you to use. When shopping you have a virtual shopping basket that you can ADD, VIEW or EMPTY at any time simply by using the appropriate buttons.
You must provide an address where you will be present to sign for goods , and any other information required for us to complete your contract application.
DELIVERIES ARE MADE ONLY WITHIN THE UK, we do not accept orders from or deliver to anywhere outside the United Kingdom.
PAYMENT DETAILS.
This is a secure shopping environment and your details will be collected safely and securely. You will always know at the point of purchase the total sum of your order.
CONTRACT COMPLETION.
For pay monthly phones it is necessary for you to complete a standard network airtime contract. This will be done online, again in a secure environment. The details will be encrypted and our customer service centre will process these with the appropriate network.
Please note that when the handset is delivered you may have to sign the network contract and supply the relevant doccumentation before the handset can be handed over.
HOW TO PAY.
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. All transactions are in UK Pound Sterling. Goods will only be shipped on cleared payments. All prices shown include VAT and delivery in the UK.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY.
We collect customer information in order to process orders, and for our own market research purposes Any information given at the time of ordering or registering, will not be passed on to a third party. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will add your email address to our mailing list unless you indicate otherwise.
STOCK & DELIVERY.
We try to ensure that all the products shown on our site are available at the time of ordering. On the rare occasion that we do have a problem you will be advised immediately. All U.K. orders are despatched using a 24-hour service.
PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT DISPATCH ANY CONTRACT PACKAGE GOODS UNTIL WE HAVE APPROVED AN APPLICATION.
A signature is required for all delivery receipts. Where a signed network contract is required the contract must be signed with the appropriate doccumentation before any equipment is handedover. No orders will be left without signature. To check the status of your order, please contact customer services by email, telephone or fax.
Please note deliveries are not made on Sunday. Deadline for nextday delivery is 4pm, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for arrival Tuesday am.
RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY.
We will provide you with a full refund or exchange (at your option) within 14 days of receipt of your goods if you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way. Your purchase will be refunded by the same method as your payment. All we ask is that goods are returned in their original packaging with any accessories and instruction books. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.For guidance on returning goods, please contact Customer Services by email, Telephone or fax.
